OPENING OF THE MIGRATION SERVICE CENTER

On October 22, 2025, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, opened the Migration Service Center in the Vose district.
The Migration Service Center of the Ministry of Labor, Migration, and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Vose district was established in accordance with the Grant Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Asian Development Bank for the "Skills and Employability Enhancement Project".
The four-story main building of the Center was constructed according to a modern design and meets modern building standards. It features spacious rooms, classrooms equipped with computers, teaching equipment, and practical workshops. The Center provides opportunities for young people, women, and girls, as well as unemployed citizens, to undergo training in various fields and acquire a specific specialty. Emomali Rahmon was informed that the Center trains specialists in five specialties: electrician, solar equipment installer, plumber, plasterer, and gas and electric welder. The Center's potential capacity is 150 people in two shifts.
The Migration Service Center occupies 25.1% of the land plot. Construction began on November 22, 2022, and was completed quickly, with the center's design meeting international standards.
The Center is equipped with a steam room, a water supply and sewerage system, and a 25-ton water tower. The Center is also connected to a permanent power line, and the facility is provided with a constant power supply via solar panels.
Inspecting the facilities, President Emomali Rahmon praised the quality of the work completed and gave helpful instructions and recommendations to those responsible for training highly qualified specialists. With the opening of the Vocational Training and Service Center, dozens of local residents have found permanent employment. Experienced teachers and specialists conduct theoretical and practical classes, which will contribute to improving the knowledge and skills of young people and developing entrepreneurship in the region. The goal of creating such centers, implemented at the initiative and with the direct support of the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, is to enable citizens, especially youth and women, to master professions and crafts, actively participate in the economic and social life of society, and contribute to improving their standard of living.
Also, as part of the Migration Service Center, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, inspected the construction project for a four-story building for the district education department. According to the proposed design, construction will be carried out on a designated area using high-quality local materials and in compliance with modern architectural standards. The Leader of the Nation was informed that the new four-story building is designed for the systematic and efficient work of education system employees. It will house offices, a conference room, a library, an information center, and other support facilities. Once operational, the building will improve working conditions for employees and open up new opportunities for the implementation of state education programs. The opening of such a modern facility demonstrates the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan's ongoing commitment to developing the social sector, creating new jobs, and fostering favorable conditions for education, training, and the provision of high-quality public services.
A design for multi-story residential buildings, including service and shopping centers and a preschool, was also presented.
The residential buildings will be nine stories high and will be built using a modern design that meets international standards. The first and second floors will house shopping and service centers.
The head of state was informed that the new preschool building will be three stories high and will be constructed using a modern design that meets children's tastes.
It is designed to accommodate 200 students.
