Module learning programms
The modular training program for the profession is developed in accordance with the principles and requirements of the CBT methodology based on the standard of professional competencies. The program explains in detail the content of each module, recommends the use of inclusive (interactive) methods in training and provides examples used in the CBT methodology. In the modular curriculum, the learning process includes all areas (spectrums) of competence units, including cross-cutting, basic and professional skills. Thus, after completing the training, students acquire knowledge, skills and abilities corresponding to the modern attitude to work of a certain profession.
The competency-based modular curriculum for each profession is more focused on practical training and increases the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. The modular curriculum based on competencies consists of sequentially arranged qualification levels of modules, with each module consisting of final blocks containing a certain amount of knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for the student to master for high-quality performance of professional activities in the workplace.
The principle of modular training presents the educational material in such a way that the modules are, on the one hand, independent, and on the other hand, interconnected, which allows for the acquisition of educational material without violating the unified content. The practice is conducted in accordance with the educational program on the basis of an educational institution, in a specially equipped training workshop/training room, taking into account the provision of ergonomic (working) conditions. In addition, the process of professional training within the program includes industrial practice in organizations, enterprises and institutions.
